Attorney Ethan B. Harter is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill (B.A. - History, 2015) and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law (J.D., 2018).

In law school, Mr. Harter was a member of the University of Denver's prestigious National Trial Team. There, Mr. Harter clerked for many of Denver's preeminent civil trial attorneys and honed his passion for trial advocacy.

After graduating law school and passing the bar examination, Mr. Harter opened his own legal practice in Portland, Oregon. During this time, Mr. Harter represented individuals and businesses in personal injury and real estate matters. In one such case, Mr. Harter earned an $800,000.00 settlement for the victim of a severe motor vehicle collision.

Mr. Harter moved to the Dallas metro area in 2020 to advocate alongside his father, Kenneth S. Harter.

When not practicing law, Mr. Harter enjoys spending time with his family, supporting the Chicago White Sox and Liverpool F.C, and playing music.
